About Me
I started The Big Feelings Club because emotional regulation isn’t just a concept I talk about — it’s something I work through every single day. I am autistic, also living with ADHD, OCD, Bipolar 2, and BPD (I know, it's a lot!). The tools I create — from DBT skills booklets to card decks and guided journals — come directly from my own trial-and-error efforts to stay afloat and self-aware in a brain that often runs on extremes.
This shop is a mix of practical mental health tools and creative expression. Some things are serious (like workbooks that actually help when you're in a spiral), and some are just for fun (like stickers that say the things we’re not supposed to admit out loud). It's all designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
